SCHOOL CURRICULUM


There are seven Key Learning Areas in the Primary Catholic School Curriculum in New South Wales.

These are:  Religious Education
                     English
                     Mathematics
                     Science and Technology
                     Human Society and its Environment
                     Creative Arts
                     Personal Development, Health and Physical Education


The school also provides many extra-curricular activites. These activities include a school choir, gardening club, drum band, a Mission program, Library lunchtime activities, Premier's Reading Challenge, Primary Research Competition, lunchtime recorder group, skipping squad, English, Maths, Science, Computer, Writing & Spelling competitions, school socials, a chess club and visits by cultural groups.

The school attempts to penetrate the wider community through participation, as much as possible, in Catholic Schools' Week, the Coffs Harbour Eisteddfod, Anzac Day ceremonies and community activities as they arise.
